CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email with details of the product and the issue.

After receiving the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and notify you within a reasonable time whether you qualify for a replacement or a refund due to the defect. If approved, the item will either be replaced or the payment will be refunded through the original method of payment.
Based on the above policy, any damaged or defective item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received , unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Alterations
We offer alteration services for orders within the UAE for a fee of 150 AED.
